Welcome to GPS.cards. GPS.cards provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at GPS.cards, you accept these conditions.

Please read them carefully.

Payment and Purchasing Policy

Sale prices shown on https://gps.cards are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Sales Tax will be added to all orders within Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. We accept the following forms of payment: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover, PayPal, cashier’s checks, bank checks, company checks, money orders, and international wire transfers. The order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in ElectroFlip LLC Bank Account.

Credit Card Orders

GPS.cards reserves the right to request additional information for proof of billing information. For your protection, credit card orders may be delayed while we confirm your billing information. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). If you are paying with a Debit Card, make sure you are aware of the limitations on daily withdrawals (if any) of your card. Once your card has been charged, you will receive an invoice for your order. This invoice should not be confused with the order receipt or order acceptance acknowledgment – these are automatic and are sent by our system prior to invoicing.
Cashier’s checks, bank checks, company checks, money orders, and international wire transfers are also acceptable forms of payment. If you are using one of these payment methods, an email will be sent to you when you place your order instructing you on how to complete payment for your purchase.

Note: Do not ship returns to these addresses without return instructions. Please call us to obtain your correct return address. For Domestic & International Wire Transfers, GPS.cards holds the right to withhold goods at our discretion or at the advisement of the Bank until the funds have cleared and are considered in good stead or holding. Wire Transfers transactions may be subject to a processing fee.

For bank and company checks, orders will ship only after funds are released from your financial institution to GPS.cards. This could take up to 10-15 business days after receipt of payment by GPS.cards. All checks returned unpaid will be subject to a $40.00 returned check fee. Additionally, the check amount will be subject to a 29% interest rate per year, or the highest interest rate permissible by law. On orders being paid for by means other than credit card, availability of the product might change while your payment is in transit or funds are being cleared. GPS.cards cannot reserve or guarantee continued availability.

Your personal financial information is transmitted over the Internet in a very safe and highly encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) format by AlphaSSL to ensure your safety and privacy. Secure Card Processing - PCI Compliance

GPS.cards, ElectroFlip LLC is committed to privacy and security. GPS.cards, ElectroFlip LLC is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI DSS”) GPS.cards, ElectroFlip LLC has been compliant with PCI DSS since its inception in 2002. PCI DSS is the bank card industry’s most stringent security standard. Examples of Spy Tec Inc.’s security measures include: physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards; sophisticated security monitoring tools; documented security policies; use of strong encryption for transmissions of Order Information to and from GPS.cards, ElectroFlip LLC Customers; restricted access of personally identifiable information; and, periodic security audits by third party security experts.

Shipping to an Address other than your Billing Address

To protect our customers from credit card fraud, we may hold an order for further verification if it is being shipped to an address different from the billing address. In some cases when we are unable to verify the shipping address being used on an order we may ask that your order be shipped to the billing address or to a FedEx Shipping Center or UPS Shipping Center near you for pick up. We do not ship to unverified shipping addresses as per instructions of the credit card company. This is for your protection and to help maintain a safe online shopping experience. Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Both the FBI and the U.S. Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet Fraud Cases. Fraudulent information will be provided to the issuing bank, shipping carriers and networked with our business partners.

Signature Required

Most orders we ship do not require signature on delivery. However, depending on the dollar amount of your order, it may be shipped “Signature Required” for proof of delivery. If you cannot be at the shipping location to sign for your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to request that they hold the item at your local facility. You can then go to pick up your package at your earliest convenience. Packages returned to GPS.cards due to any of the reasons listed above will be subject to both a restocking fee and the shipping charge to have the package sent back to us. Customers assume responsibility if damaged merchandise is signed for at the time of delivery. All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery; if you suspect damage, please note ‘damaged’ with your signature or refuse the entire delivery and call us immediately.

Pricing and Availability Policy

Due to changing cost and availability, we reserve the right to alter our prices. Our pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information listed. However, GPS.cards does not assume any responsibility for any errors contained therein nor from orders arising from those errors. We reserve the right to cancel any orders received without notice. Our prices change often due to supply, demand, specials and other uncontrollable factors. Our Company does not offer price protection. If you place an order and the price is lowered on our website at a later date, we are not obligated to refund the difference. Please understand that the receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order; it confirms that our system has received your order. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. We reserve the right to correct any rare pricing errors or other errors on our Web site, to limit the order quantity for any item, and to refuse service to any customer.

More on Sales Tax

GPS.cards has offices and staff in Nevada, Colorado, and Utah. However, some other States now require sellers to collect sales tax. If we are collecting sales tax on your order it is because your home State requires us to do so. All taxes collected are remitted to that state in accordance with their laws. Your tax dollars go to your own State government. We are unable to waive sales tax unless you provide us with an official tax exempt certificate showing your status as a non profit, government agency, or reseller. If you have a question or comment about sales tax it should be directed to your own local State government.

Rebates and Discount Codes

Rebates cannot be combined with any other discount or coupon that is offered from GPS.cards.

Cancellations

In most cases, once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel the order due to the speed in which we process and ship orders. If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. If your product has shipped and you refuse delivery, you will be held responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions and possible restocking fees. To cancel monthly or annual GPS tracking service, please contact our customer service department during normal business hours at 877-686-7495. Please contact us 48 hours before your billing date to avoid being charged for the next month. Purchase of any GPS system constitutes agreeing to activation and monthly/annual service fees chosen upon sale.

Refunds

GPS.cards stands behind our products with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Requests for refunds on items must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Any requests for a refund made after 30 days may be denied.

Some items have return limitations and must be returned in original unopened packaging in order to be eligible for a refund. Once these products have been opened, or services have been used, you will no longer be eligible for a refund on the item or service and will be covered for warranty replacement on products only. These products and services include:

  • Custom made or special order items
  • SIM cards or GPS cards that have been activated or removed from plastic insert.
  • Orders where a rebate or discount code has been applied.
  • All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. The refund will be issued for the item(s) returned only. Shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded as part of the return.

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your item for a different product rather than receive a refund please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. If there is any price difference for the exchange you will be charged or refunded as appropriate at the time your return is received and processed.

Warranty Replacements

Any product which has a recurring subscription service (i.e. GPS Tracking Service) is automatically covered by our 3-Year Service Warranty. As long as you have active service for the GPS device with GPS.cards and you purchased this GPS device from GPS.cards or parent company ElectroFlip LLC, we will replace or repair any device that is not fully functioning. This does not include rechargeable batteries in the GPS device, we will offer an at cost replacement for new batteries. As part of our inspection process for warranty replacement requests, all items are tested upon receipt. If the returned item is found to be in working condition and free of defects your original item will be returned to you. If the item is confirmed to be defective, a new replacement unit will be shipped.

Inspection Process

All items returned are subject to an inspection/testing process.


If it is determined that an item returned is not in salable condition, you may be charged a restocking fee to cover any damages or missing parts for the returned item. Conditions that will incur a restocking fee include, but are not limited to: damage to the product, misuse of charging/discharging a devices batteries, its components, accessories or packaging. A restocking fee may also be assessed for missing parts, damaged internal rechargeable batteries, accessories or packaging.

If the product has been altered or physically damaged due to misuse, this may void the warranty and/or return eligibility of the item. In these rare cases your return may be denied, and the product will be returned to you.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer for all products, unless the item is defective, or as otherwise specified in a specific product detail page on our website. It is strongly recommended that you use a traceable return mailing service and to keep a record of the tracking number for the return shipment. GPS.cards will not be responsible for any lost return shipments. In the case that proof of delivery is requested for a returned package, the return tracking number will be required. Unauthorized Returns Items returned without a return merchandise authorization issued by GPS.cards may be denied and sent back to the customer. To ensure your return is processed in a speedy manner, we ask that all returns be requested calling us, toll-free, so that we may issue the appropriate authorization and provide instructions on where to send your item.

International Customers

GPS.cards is unable to reimburse any customs or duties fees paid by international customers in the event of a return of an item delivered outside the United States. As stated in our shipping policy, GPS.cards is not responsible for any additional charges levied by the recipient’s country for importing our products. As such, we will not be able to issue any reimbursements for those fees. For warranty replacements, we are able to mark the packages for the replacement shipment as replacement products. However, it is still up to the discretion of the recipient country as to whether or not additional customs or duties fees will be issued for the new shipment. Regrettably, GPS.cards is not able to control whether or not these fees will be issued. Any fees will remain the responsibility of the customer. Refused International Shipments: If your package is returned to us due to your refusal to pay customs fees, any fees charged to us by the carrier for the return of the package will be deducted from the amount refunded to you for the item. If the refusal to pay customs fees results in the package being put into abandonment by the carrier and the items are not returned to us we will not be able to refund you for these items.

COPYRIGHT

Prepaid Refills. ElectroFlip LLC Monthly plans (Monthly Plan) are good for a period of 30 days at the applicable charge and expire at 11:59 p.m. C.S.T. on the 30th day; when you first activate a Monthly Plan the day the Monthly Plan is activated counts as the first full day and counts towards the first 30 days, accordingly, during the first month of activation, your Month Plan may be less than a full 30 days depending on the time of Monthly Plan activation. ElectroFlip LLC Pay as You Go plans and ElectroFlip LLC plans expire in accordance with the expiration date provided with your purchased refill card. If you switch between plans or renew a plan before expiration, the features associated with your prior plan will no longer be available. If you recharge an ElectroFlip LLC Pay As You go plan before expiration, remaining Airtime minutes and Airtime will stack. Stacking is not available for ElectroFlip LLC Monthly plans or for ElectroFlip LLC plans. Credits to your prepaid account will be valid for a limited time from purchase, in accordance with the terms of your plan and/or the expiration date provided in conjunction with your purchased refill card. If your account balance falls to zero while you are on a call, the call will be disconnected. If your account is inactive, you will not be able to utilize your wireless device for any purpose. Your account and phone number will be cancelled if the balance remains at $0 for 30 consecutive days or more. ElectroFlip refills can only be used with ElectroFlip Devices. Credits cannot be transferred from one account to another. If your account becomes inactive, we may de-activate your account and you may lose your phone number. If you wish to use Services after your account has been de-activated, call Customer Service for reactivation. There may be a charge to reactivate and we cannot ensure and do not guarantee that the same phone number will be available.

All trademarks, service marks and trade names of GPS.cards used in the site are trademarks or registered trademarks of ElectroFlip LLC

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GPS.CARDS AND ELECTROFLIP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE OR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF GPS.cards HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that a GPS.cards product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, GPS.cards reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. GPS.cards reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, GPS.cards shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
